I thought I'd post something about this on new age because something has been bothering me recently.
I am a Cancerian and I have recently started liking a Capricorn. She's a really open person surprisingly. She is nothing like her description as a Capricorn. She may well be a Capricorn because she can't really expressing herself and her work ethic. But then she's really open and not conservative at all. She's really nice to me and I we've become good friends recently.
She's hard to understand but easy to make her laugh. But what I am afraid of is I am starting to like her more and more. But she doesn't seem like she's interested. I just want to ask something before I loose myself. I've read that Cancerians and Capricorns are never meant to be together. And even if they wanted to, it'll take time.
I want to know about, how is she so different from a normal Capricorn and how I can keep her even as a friend.
She is funny, understanding, random and unstable. Totally different than normal Capricorns. Thanks in advance. And thanks for reading*

I'm a Virgo and over the years i have found all other Virgos to have pretty much the same dominant traits and personality as me. Very organised,tidy house....etc. However there is always one or two aspects that don't conform. For instance Virgos love to read - I don't. And the same applies to other star signs i have met.
i reckon her outwardness is just one way she doesn't conform or she's covering something up - you said 'unstable', does she seem genuine? No offence.
Virgo's happen to go with capricorns and all my girlfriends have been capricorns and all which i found out after a few months. I find them exactly like you described them - funny, understanding, random and unstable.
Personally i think life is short and you should just ask her to spend some more time with you - drink, relaxing walk, you sound like you guys have lots to talk about. If it's really not meant to be then you'll only know after you spend some more personable time together. Good luck. this is just my opinion. no offence intended. Like i said not everyone conforms noone is a perfect match but they can be good enough.

In my experience with Capricorns, they can be extremely hard to read. They can be giving you brilliant signals one day and the next you wonder if they really are on the same page as you. I get the impression that they are big thinkers and so probably hold back about half of their thoughts. If you think this is the case with your Capricorn girl, then just keep asking questions if you are curious and you'll eventually get the answers.
I agree with badwolf, life is too short, so just run with it and see what happens!

i agree with kelly. three of my close friends are capricorns and they all have different personality traits. My closest capricorn friend is very bubbly open. kind and thought full whereas my other two friends can be quite nasty and sour when provoked i think it can be down to what part of the star sign they're born in aswell as their rising sign

I am a Pisces married to the most amazing Capricorn. He has MANY of the typical Cap traits of extreme loyalty and also a hard core focus and work ethic...HOWEVER...he is EXTRAORDINARILY sensitive...and beyond kind and utterly generous to a fault...all not what I would consider to be Cap traits...they are known to be miserly, etc...
I found out a few years back that he has a Cancer Moon, which evidently accounts for the sensitive, emotional side of him...that is very strong. I forgot what his rising sign is, but I think it is also a water sign...ie: Pisces or Cancer.
I truly believe these factors can have a huge influence on a person.
I am currently trying to figure out a Gemini that seems NOTHING like any Gemini I have ever met. He has a Pisces Moon and Scorpio Rising...and I think this might account for it. Though I am still terrified...I've never had anything good come from a Gemini in my life in the past.
See if you can get her birth date and time and place...and punch it into a free chart maker online to find out her moon, rising, etc...
